As usual, plenty of staring and reading and thinking.
My eye caught particularly: the lady taking her cow for a bike ride; the patriotic pigsty (or is that a cowshed?); so many war billboards that I cannot choose the most striking one.
Plus, I think your account of the meeting with Natalia can aptly apply to thousands and thousands of meals-at-grandma’s.
Actually, taking the cow out on a bike is completely new to me. I know traditional village life, I've taken a cow out myself and known people who have done it for many, many years - but only on foot. Maybe bikes are a Ukrainian thing?
I've no idea what kind of a farm building that was - I only drove by (and had to take a photo). As to the billboards: this is only a rather small selection.
